    １９４４年　岡山県備前市生まれ
    父　森竹山、森陶山のもとで修業
    以後日本伝統工芸展、岡山県美術展など入選多数
    東洋陶磁学会会員
    １９７５年　直炎式半地下窯築窯
    １９８４年　全長２０ｍの穴窯築窯
    ２０１１年歿

    Profile of MORI Seishi

    -Died in 2011
    -Built a tunnel-kiln of 20m in length that produce blaze fire color at Bizen in 1984
    -Built a tunnel-kiln at Bizen in 1975
    -Studied under MORI Chikuzan(his father) and MORI Touzan(his brother)
    -Graduated from Japanese Thought Program of Waseda University
    -Born at Bizen, Okayama Pref. in 1944 under one of the most oldest potteries which spread out from the 16th century 

    Than his words
    "I would like to make potteries while thinking of blaze of fire color.
    That is why the thought brings prayer, vitality, energy in a work."​
